Our fish restaurant ‘Le Chalut’ opened in 1980, and with a blend of tradition and creativity, chef Christophe Romain (a member of the ‘Toques Blanches Lyonnaises’ association) offers diners a choice of delicious seasonal dishes. As well as the exquisite à la carte menu, we also offer a chef’s tasting menu which changes every two weeks, and which can be adapted to for snacks to suit all budgets.
